This is your introduction to Krav Maga training. Over your initial 5 week beginner course, will learn all the basics of the system including hand to hand combat, knife defence, grappling, Impact weapon and ground defences. We will also introduce you to our specialist situational awareness exercises. All this whilst improving your fitness and confidence.
For your first class in Krav Maga, all you will need is some comfortable loose clothing, a towel and some water.
